Today I didn't cheat at all! Day 1 of my cut..

Meal One
MV, G; Oatmeal & Protein Shake, Bottle of Water
Totals: 500 calories, 18g fat, 49g protein, 27g carb

Meal Two
Protein Shake, Bottle of Water*(1 scoop on day 4)
Totals: 350 calories, 15g fat, 44g protein, 4g carb;
240 calories, 15g fat, 22g protein, 2g carb

Meal Three
Tuna Patties, Bottle of Water
Totals: 360 calories, 13.5g fat, 42g protein, 0g carb

Meal Four
MV; Tuna & Egg Whites, Brocolli(2nd day)
Totals: 340 calories, 16g fat, 46g protein, 2g carb;
500 calories, 21g fat, 62g protein, 32g carb

Meal Five (post-workout)
G; Protein Shake, Bottle of Water
Totals: 350 calories, 15g fat, 44g protein, 4g carb

Meal Six
Chicken Breasts, Brocolli, Bottle of Water
Totals: 360 calories, 13g fat, 57g protein, 6g carb

Meal Seven*
MV; Protein Shake
Totals: 350 calories, 15g fat, 44g protein, 4g carb

Totals:
Day 1: 2260 calories, 91g fat, 282g protein, 43g carb

I cycle my calories which is why there are some stars by some of the meals.. some days I eat them some days I don't..today I didn't have meal seven, or the brocolli in meal four, so far, so good, only small cheat in the mourning had some sugar free vermont syrup with my oatmeal which had 4g carbs in it.. but it was breakfast so I guess it didn't matter much!! other than that I've been doing great!

I just can't do it! not 7 days a week anyway.. so I'm gonna allow myself a cheat day every Thursday.. its the only way I'd be able to stick to this!

Alright today went by pretty smoothly.. off day in the gym, didn't cheat once on my diet (3 days into the cut) tomorrow is my cheat day.. sorta excited for it.. lol I'm going outta my mind, once I get more into the diet I'm sure it'll get easier and easier where I won't even need a cheat day.. but til then I think this will achieve the goals I have for now, keep you updated when I get on Friday!

today was my cheat day and it went pretty well actually.. didn't go ALL out, but I did cheat a little, had a subway for lunch, and some pizza for dinner, oh well! I'm glad I did this instead of binging later on! tomorrow I start again full force!
