Quick day at the gym. Did not have time to do all the exercises I wanted.

Shoulders
Military Press - 35*10, 40*8, 45*6, 50*4
Lateral Raises - 15*15, 20*10, 20*8, 20*6
Shurgs - 45*12, 55*10, 60*10, 65*10, 50*12, 45*12

Triceps
Cable pull downs(palms down) - 80*12, 85*10, 90*10, 100*10
Cable pull downs(palms up) - 70*10, 80*10, 90*10, 70*10

Forearms
Behind the back curls - bar+10*burn(3)
Reverse Curls (palms down) - 10*burn(3)

Diet -
1. bagel w/ 2 eggs and cheese
2. chicken breast sandwhich w/ fries
3. chicken breast w/ rice
4. chicken breast and steak w/ rice
5. N2large shake
