wed-repeat mon
THURSDAY- REPEAT TUESDAY
FRIDAY- REPEAT MONDAY
SAT-EVERYTHING-LOW WEIGHT HIGH REPS
SUN..-OFF
FOOD.... 1 SCOOP PROTEIN SHAKES IN MORNING WITH CERIAL
A CAN OF TUNA AT MIDDAY..
A TUNA SALAD..LUNCH...
PROTEIN SHAKE AT 4..
FISH/STEAK/CHICKEN..AT 7 PM

Your gonna look like a somalian, as i can sense one of two things ....
1. You're either WAAAAAY OVERTRAINING
2. You have no intensity

THAT IS MY POINT..I'VE BEEN ON THIS TYPE OF TRAINING FOR 4 MONTHS NOW......AND RESULTS ARE NOT SATISFYING.......
I INTEND PERSISTING.. BUT HEY MY INSTRUCTOR GAVE ME THAT PROGRAM...SAYING...THAT IT WILL WORK....AND AS IT COMES TO FOOD...I'M KEEPING THAT DIET GOING QUITE REGULARLY....

Welcome to the site!
Azn Oak is right on. Your workout is not designed for growth. On Wednesday I can barely MOVE the body parts I worked on Monday much less train them again. You need to lift heavier if you want to grow. And for that matter, you need to eat! You are starving with that food intake you posted.
In your second post you wrote that you are not satisfied with your results and yet you are going to continue with them? Why not try what ABC recommends? I can guarantee that you will see much better results!

I WOULD first of all like to thank u guys for the patience.... so u guys think that i should eat more.... well...today i totalled 2700 calaries..and 140 grams of protein...not bad i suppose...
i even started hitting heavier weights..and got destroyed..at the gym..but yet..i'm still feeling quite ok now... do u think that after i bulk..i should lower the weights and do reps?..like that work out better?

Sorry to point it out, but it looks like you are going for endurence, not size. You will get size, but at hald the rate. If you like boxing, however, go for it. Plus, you need to mix it up a bit if you wanna bulk. Endurence doesn't care.

if i was you i would do mon and tues again on thurs and fri. rest wed, sat and sunday. i bet you would see a dramatic difference in a month to six weeks. you are grossly overtraining. the routine you are doing is for steroid-growth hormone monsters whose drugs are helping them to recuperate.
