OK, so I only read the journal 'cause Taleb made me think I'd find a sheep entry in there somewhere. So I read the thing from cover to cover and NO sheep, NO mutton, NOT even a little virgin wool or a hint of lanolin.... Who'd have thought you'd be so circumspect????? Anyway, looks like a terrific program. Go forth and grow!

Hi,

Just had a quick look at some of the workouts. After your chest warm up it says 3 x 8-10 Dumbell Press, I think.

With these 3 sets do you step up the weight gradually or big jumps or any other combination?

Just an interested query.

Just an interested query.<hr></blockquote>The weight stays constant!! I normally get about 10-12 the first set and then probably 8 in the last!! These are of course supersetted with Barbell presses. I find that the pre-fatigue normally is suffient in this instance to reduce the reps!!
