Smith Machine Squats
Warmup set 45lbs, 10 reps
90lbs 8 reps

135lbs 6 reps

Hack Squats
90lbs, 6 reps super slow

Inside Thigh Machine
1 set, 90lbs 15 reps
130, 15 reps
190, 10 reps

Outside Thigh Machine
1 set, 90lbs, 12 reps
130, 10 reps
150, 8 reps
