Hey everyone,
I just started a new workout/nutrition program and I thought that the best way to stick to it would be with some help from other people - that way I'm accountable to others as well as myself.
I'll start with what I've been up to tomorrow, I'm planning just a cardio workout since I just lifted this morning.
