alright everybody...this is day number 1, the situation is that i have to drop about 30 pounds for mid spring/summer, and get nicely cut...b/c i wanna become a life guard, and droppin 30 lbs would help me look better in a bathin suit, and be more comfortable, and being cut...well who doesn't want to be. I have checked out all of the info from the web site, i've got all of the info from the 12 week diet, and wat goes along w/ that...the routine starts tomorrow (monday), so i guess you could say tomorrow is day 1. Ok, so for now...i would much appreciate any comments, helpful hints, motivation....thanx ~Andrew
