i need help making a routine for myself weekly. i ned cardio, i need to lose my gut and i need to gain more muscle. i weigh 185 i am 19. i want advice please. so can omeone help or offer their advice. i also need a daily meal list, nutritional list. than

hey u shold just be careful what u eat and tone befor ne thing. lose the weight then tone.
