January 20
Hum, well, it's 1:30 am now, sunday morning, been lifting 2 times since 1 month and both times I couldn't finish the workouts, because I would fall asleep on the bench.
Needless to say, going to bed late has really hindered my progress as a bodybuilder, and xmas vacancies too. Luckily, I got weight lifting as my phys-ed class this session.
So, I'm all ready to begin kicking *** again. I wana lift 4 times a week, go to bed early, eat lots, and get good marks.
Nice resolutions, can I hold em? Prolly =)
Starting tomorrow!

Hum, okay, I was tired, but I've got a cofee 30 minutes ago, and I'm all set, going to lift!
I'm starting back with the 24 workout mass blitz, IMO, a real good workout!

Trying to eat as much as I can.

I am sticking to my routine so far, eating like hell. I can't believe that all this stuff can go down in a day ;P
I eat like 5 meals a day, and 1-2 snacks.
I weighted in at 120 yesterday, o well... I'll gain some, I guess, eating like that.

I like how highly you stress nutrition! Keep pumpin warrior!

Yeah, thanks.
My lack of success with bodybuilding is ONLY related to nutrition, and that sucks. Eating 5-6 times a day allows me to eat SO MUCH MORE. I hope I'll be able to gain some doing that.

Since I eat like a pig, I'm having so much gas, that sucks ;P ANy ideas why?

Tryin to loft as much as I can. My "eating like a pig" has given me noticeable progress in 2 weeks, I prolly got 2 pounds or so. I have added a tad of bodyfat too cause I lost some definition, really not much, but it's noticeable.
I feel great, lifting rocks. I whish my father could just shut the *** up....
He thinks martial arts are stupid, and bodybuilding is stupid. He's into triathlon and ****, well, I think that's stupid, so well. The irony is that he's been a bodybuilder aswell.

My motivation for lifting:
You wana know?
I want to prove myself that I can have an awesome physique. I've always been the "weak skinny guy", nerd type, and I wanted this to change.
Martial arts and bodybuilding kinda changed my life, friends, and well this is it. I want to prove myself, and to prove to others that I can do it even tho I had a totally muscle-free bony body.
I want people to look at me and think: That guy's body looks **** nice. I want to attract girls with my body.
I want to prove myself that genetics aren't a bareer, that I can get a great body. Plus, lifting gives you an awesome feeling, and self confidence.
That's my motivation. Might be weird, but that's prolly why I never quit lifting since 2 years.
Some of my friends lifted for 1-2 months, but I knew they'd quit. They all did. I don't. We don't. WE ARE BODYBUILDERS.

My injury is now healed, I'm back to eating big and lifting heavy =)
I'm noticing a loss of definition and a gain of mass. I like it.

Good to hear that you are back into training must be hard with school etc.
You have to eat well to keep up your energy both for mental work and fisical work!
Success at school it must be your last years or are you going to UNI?
