I AM SCREWED TODAY I TIPPED THE SCALES AT 123 lBS.
ONLY 2 POUNDS AWAY FROM GOING INTO THE 125-150 WEIGHT CLASS IF THAT HAPPENS I AM SCREWED NEED TO WORK ON WEIGHT MAINTENENCE

right calf pain is just about gone i hope it will be better for leg day tommorrow

back down to 120lbs.

mile 10:10(stayed back with coach and i didnt fell good)

185 2 reps then dumped the weight i felt sick today didnt want to throw up on my beloved squat rack so threw in the towel and went home after the ****teest work out of my life

decline sit ups (25 lbs. weight)

dead lift 155 7 sets o 5 failed at 2 on last set

skull crushers 2 sets of 5

and pull downs forgot the3 weight and stuff

kind of a scattered work out but the stuff i did work out got a good work out

did to many sets to count with 60 lbs. ez curl bar couldnt pick up my back pack after i was done

got sick today(102 temperature) i woke up around ten at night i was up before then only to take medicine and o back to sleep i took about 5 grams of viteman c and i fell a little better
