I'm currently bench pressing 2 plates a side for 4 reps. I lost quiet a bit of strength from my last cut and it's on now.

By April I WILL be benching 2 plates a side for 6 reps.

8:00am
1 whole egg
8 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal
bagel
banana
Scoop of cre x 12

11:00am
12 rice cakes
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup grape juice
1 scoop cre x 12

2:00pm
1 can of low sodum albicore tuna
1/2 box of kraft dinner
1 cup grape juice
1 scoop cre x 12
