I started my true first routine on 9/25/2001 under the instruction of Obadia and a HIT workout. I will admit I was a little leary of the short amount of time in the gym, but I have not leveled out yet (idea to add weight or more reps each time into the gym).

I will show the workout I started on 9/25, and then compare them to the ending 12/6 date. I am on a new program now and will show that as a beginning.

There were some time spans where I was lacking discipline but thanks to words of encouragement, I'm "back in the saddle"

Thanks to Obadiah and his persistancy spiritualy and physically. Same to Jacob.

Note: Being new, and "long and lankey", I'm not concerned about the actual amount of weight (that will come) but rather the progression in strength.
