Looks like a good workout William, a few comments though:
* You have used alot of exercises, consider using less but more volume and then that way when you mix things up it works better.
* WHAT NO SHOCKING PRINCIPLES. It may just be me but I never (well rarely) do a workout without em
* Oh and it's NOWHERE near as Painful as my one.....lol
