I am going to use this journal as a stats holder and I am going to start updating it every week. I am starting with 24 workout mass blitz.

Its the day after my second workout in 24 hour mass blitz, I hurt like a B**** Ive been eating like crazy ate about 3500 calories yesterday in a total of 4 meals had bunches of protein and Ive already gained a pound!!
Haven't been writing in here to much better start went through first week of 24 workout mass blitz succesfully.
Its the day after chest tricep and shoulder day can't quite feel the burn in shoulders better work em harder triceps hurt and upper chest hurts

Weigh 149 now gained to pounds since 1st post in journal need to eat more!
im boxing now so im gonna lay off for a while
