Flat Bench Press - Close Grip ( 2 x 10 )
Inclinded Bench Press - Mid Grip ( 2 x 10 )
Declinded Bench Press - Mid Grip ( 2 x 10 )
Forearms: (sitting)Barbell Wrist Curls ( 2 x 10 )
(standing)Reverse Barbell Curls ( 2 x 10 )

Sldrs: Behind the Next Press ( 2 x 10 )
Clean and Press ( 2 x 10 )
Push Presses ( 2 x 10 )
