What I plan on doing is posting my measurements at the first of every month to see how i am increasing hopefully. I noticed a recent loss in the size of my arms and i am going to keep track of the rest of my body so as not to lose any size.

Measurements December 17, 2001

Arms: 15.5 inches (loss of .5 inches, plan on gaining that back plus more)
Forearms: 13 inches
Calves: 16.5 inches
Thigh: 22.8 inches
Chest: 41.8 inches

Goals for February 1st, since January 1st is almost here

Arms: 16 inches
Forearms: 14 inches
Calves: 17 inches
Thigh: 24 inches
Chest: 42.5 inches

My training is currently going great. However baseball will be starting soon and i doubt i will be able to reach my goals because i will be losing weight and not gaining it. If i dont reach my goals because of baseball, i hope to stay the same, or increase a little. I will start taking in 500 extra calories because baseball will take a lot out of me, and i will keep taking in more calories if i am still losing weight with only 500 additional calories. During the summer i will do some serious mass gaining and hopefully start taking creatine for my first time ever. I think i am doing great without it. Creatine would greatly help break through any plateus i am at, and i have a feeling i would be huge. Cant wait till summer!

I'm glad to see that you are setting realistic goals. Lots of people set goals that aren't realistic and become frustrated with themelves. Nice stats too.

Todays workout was ok not the greatest but decent. I find myself less motivated because of baseball it just tires me out. And i had to switch to a full body workout 3 times a week instead of my 5 day split. It really sucks, but once baseball is over i am going back to my 5 day split and i have been dying to do a good 2 hours for legs. I have had some weight increase since my last post in my journal which is good cause my goal was to maintain and not lose any weight. I have noticed that i dont look or feel as big due to the cardio which is dissapointing but i am slowly growing. I have been eating like a horse and so far things are going good. I will start taking creatine for the first time during the summer wether my parents like it or not, they just dont understand.
