I work arms every other day

I chilled at my hommies house and busted open another six pack of kind cobra and some peanuts and prettles

hadto waks up early tday, for real Yo! My Patna in Crime works at Mikki D's so I gets to eat all the food when breakfast is done YO! I gets it free! I done pigged out this mornin, I ates 5 egg micmuffins, and 10 bzacon mkmuffins! Remember, yall gots to get yalls proteins! I then had a gallon of ornge juice.

Aight, thn I went to my hommies pad and worked out there. My hommies gots his own Bowflex! Yall, the bowflex is the bomb!

workout: 3 sets of bowflex bench presses and

3 sets of bowflex shalder press

sets 1 I went till I broke a sweat

sets 2 I went till I felt it tingle

peep this, my hommie has his gym in his garage right. So its open. Man we saw these too fly hunnies walk by. MM MM MM MM MM So peep this. The hunnies dig bodybuilders, yall sees how the ladies here love me! In the gym scream at the top of your lungs on each set and the hunnies will dig you too!
