Great idea Eric!

I think I'll key off of your idea and start posting my workouts, weights and reps performed, so I can share my progress with others as well.

Deadlift update: Did them on 12/23/01.

Did 135 for 12, 185 for 10, 225 for 8, 275 for 6. Don't know what my max (1 rep) is yet. Want to do these for at least 2 months before I check my max.

Hey thanks Animal! Nice compliment! graemlins/images/icons/cool.gif

Problem with me, I'm a glutton for punishment. I take off for a while, then when I start doing weights again, I am crippled! LOL I guess I will never learn. I just LOVE lifting heavy, wouldn't have it any other way.
Point in case: It's been IONS since I have done deadlifts, and that night I did, for another week my lower back was KILLING me, I thought I broke something! graemlins/bluelaugh.gif
