A lot of times in school i feel sick the entire morning until after lunch, and i dont know why this is. My only guess is that my body needs food about every hour and a half or i feel bad, and since i cant eat in any of my morning classes i feel sick. Also sometimes when i just go places i feel sick, anyone have any suggestions on why this might be happening? Im gonna try eating in between classes next week and see if i still fell sick, but if thats not it got any idea what i could do?

If you are not getting nutrition, especially being that you are an athlete, you can definately feel nausiated or sick. This is also a common sign of overtraining, which again can be linked to nutrition. And I include vitamin intake and proper hydration in that context as well. Are you getting enough vitamin c, and also are you taking your multivitamins and hydrating yourself.

I think you will see a huge difference next week when you pick up the eating.

excellent point! If you are eating simple carbs your blood sugar will go up and then do a nose dive, leaving you feeling sick!

yeah for breakfast i usually have fast burning carbs. Can you recommend what to eat for breakfast that has slow burning carbs. I think vitamin c could have some effect on it so i will start taking my vitamin c pills again. Also i get plenty of water throughout the day. I guess i will see what happens next week.

Also, heavy and hardcore training can weaken your immune system. Make sure you are getting 3gs of vitamin C per day and supplementing with L-Glutamine.

I used to have a problem like this,
It was when I was around 10 years old... Same thing, every morning when I would wake up for around 3-4 hours I would feel like I was going to throw up. It was disgusting, I got a blood test done and it was nothing, so I would take all of their advice.
It went away after around a year or so.

Ok well this morning i ate a good breakfast of oatmeal, and took 1 gram of vitamin c, i will take the other 2g later in the day. I hope that i dont feel sick at school. So far so good.
Are you taking MULTIVITAMIN in the morning. I was taking a certain MV and every day i would get nausiated and need to throw up. I switched to a different brand and never happened again....

Don't take a multivitamin on a empty stomach. I've had a few bad expierences with that. Nausea and vomiting.

1. make sure u r taking in proper amounts of protein, carbs: slow burning and fats + vitamins and minerals + water
2. take a week or 2 off, this may be a sign of overtraining
3. sleep for the whole weekend

i think it's lack of sleep maybe.. also, i drink lots of water at school. i bring a water bottle and drink it and keep filling it up, this kinda helps..
also bring food with you incase you're hungry eat it

Well today i didnt feel sick, i took my 3g of vitamin c again, but it might be due to lack of sleep as you said nickeye. Hopefully it wont happen again, and i started eating in between classes - made a huge difference.

Yeah, not on an empty stomach, because the vitamin breaks down better with food.
Also, substitute with a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral pill. THe minerals are invaluable for getting the most out of your vitamins.
A good brand is TwinLab Dualtabs. When you place huge demands on your body, you have to give it the fuel it needs. In the case of BB's we also need plenty of zinc and magnesium. A good multi-vitamin/mineral will provide that.
Hope you're feeling better.
