After working out today, I had a meal of Burger king - Turkey backon burger + coca + french fry
Can I still eat fast food, like McDonald's,KFC, Burger King, since I'm in
workout? I can't prepare food by myself, sometime there is nothing to eat except fast food.

there are individuals who are genetically blessed with a metabolism that can seemingly burn whatever it is given but on average this stuff should be avoided as it can really cause fat problems besides the nutritional value is very low and will not compliment your bodybuilding endeavors very well...one guy that has this metabolism genetic predisposition is Joey Galloway WR Dallas Cowboys this guy will eat out 2 time s a day and still keep his bodyfat at around 5% he weighs around 188 lbs and can bench 405lbs WOW!!! but even he realizes he needs to eat clean meals to get results

John is totally right on that one. Fast Food is a Fast Way to keep you from getting optimal results. My advice is stay away from the fast food places. You will feel better and look better a small price to pay for lasting results

Preparing whey protein shakes is much, much faster than fast food could ever be. You want fast food...get you some whey!!! Prepares in 20 seconds...goes down in 10!!

Fast food is poison.
Although one or two meals won't kill you, it is killing the average american. Slow but sure. And taking their money.

We used to have some1 run out for fast food at work it was like 8$ a day. I bring my own now and its heathier, tastes better, and saves me 40$ a week.
