What is the best things to eat pre and post workout and how long before or after should you eat it?!?!?!

The best thing to do is go through this site ,there is tons of great advice on all aspects of diet for bulking,dieting ,pre-workout,post workout,meal plans etc etc etc...the advice is endless !!

Really it all depends on your training. If you are bulking I suggest eating avery 2-3 hours. Make sure youget at least 25-30 grams of high quality protein per meal. This will ensure posative nitogen levels, (meaning growth) Eat 1-1.5 before your workout to ensure good energy levels. Eat a high glycemic food asap after workout to replenish glycogen levels. A protein shake or a tuna sandwhich is a great idea also . Remember nutrition is evrything. One can train all they want but if they dont eat right its pointless.
