As your trying to put on weight blend 2 scoops of Strawberry Whey with milk and add a couple of scoops of Vanilla Ice cream smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif

2 servings of whey
3-4 packs of Splenda
handful of any kind of berries - blueberries are packed with Vitamin C!

Just throw it in a blender for a minute
