Sorry for asking so many questions, but im not too smart when it comes to a good diet. i am currently trying to cut, but lifting as well to maintain as much muscle as possible. im going to list my diet and if anyone could give me any adjustments, that would be great.
sorry to say, but the only meat i eat is chicken. Note- i eat very little
Breakfast - Protein Bar
Pre-workout - Protein shake(ice,whey protein(40 grams)vanilla Yogurt(low fat))
After W/O - 20 Gram whey protein mixed w/h2o as well as a bowl of baked beans(fat free, about 20 grams of protein)
Diner - bowl of pasta, no butter OR the same type of protein shake i had for pre-W/O meal
After diner, i run and do sprints, as well as right before lifting. I think that the post-diner running shoudl burn the carbs from the pasta or yogurt
if anyone could please post what they think i could add that wouldnt hurt my body fat cutting, i would be extremly grateful. thanks!
