My mom is an excellent cook, so here you go.

Take breasts, roast em a bit in butter, til theyre brownish, and put aside. Then, cut onions and celery, put that mwith butter and make em sweat a bit, don't let em get brown. Then, put white wine, spices, lemon juice, mustard, the chicken, and let slightly boil 10-15 minutes.
