Okay i want to make my own home made Ultimate Perfect Mass Gaining Shake as a post-workout drink (which should be tasting not toooo bad! smilies/images/icons/laugh.gif)

So i figured, id throw in alot of peanut butter for calories and protein, a banana for the carbs, mix it with milk for the protein....

Maybe some sugar.........???? smilies/images/icons/confused.gif

How does that sounds?? Anybody got anymore advise or remarks??
Ohw yeah i read you shouldn't mix carbs and protein in a post w/o shake/drink bacause the protein slow down the use of the carbs. So maybe i should drink some sports drink after my w/o, and a 15/30 mins later the Ultimate Perfect Mass Gaining Shake ??

Can anyone please help me?

That is actually my post workout shake, except I add strawberries and gatorade powder also. About the carb thing.... I think it should be ok, as long as you aren't talking about a whole carb full meal with your shake.
