Hey thanx for the link, i found out somethin very interestin -

Chana Dall (type of Lentil) is VERY VERY slow in releasin insulin it has a GI of only 8.

So i'm gonna keep havin chana dall with chicken breast at night.

Thanks for the tip, but i cook all my meals except for the last one - which my mum cooks, so she adds all sorts of spices to it.

By the way i gotta question -

My mum cooks it like this -

Cooks onions in sunflower oil (about 5-10ml or so) then adds the chana dall and chicken.

Is this alright, so is it too fatty for a low fat diet ?
