Should I cycle on and off of creatine? If so how long should I take it and how long should I stay off of it?

i have never heard of creatine causing cancer.

creatine is found in us naturaly.

i have been told the best way to cycle is 8 weeks on 4 weeks off
but while u r on ur cycle make sure u keep ur glutamine up good and protein. glutamine will prevent the loss of cell volumization

Welcome to the board Jason!!

You are right steve the cancer thing has never been proven through tests. It was speculated but proven wrong. I was just reading a huge article about how safe creatine is.

Didn't a study prove Vitiman C promotes cancer? I think creatine is the least of our troubles. BTW, do you have a link for that creatine article?
