Aspartame ?

I was reading an artical on apartame and how it ferments in the stomach causing all kind of bad health conditions i was wondering what all of you guys think

All I know is that aspartame and my stomach don't get along at all smilies/images/icons/frown.gif smilies/images/icons/frown.gif A lot of people are very sensitive to it, I guess due to the fact that it "ferments" as you say, in your stomach. It is in a lot of protein powders/bars/etc., so read ingredients carefully if trying to avoid it. My final word - try to avoid it if you can, if you do have it, it won't kill you, but like anything, moderation is key...
