Everyone post there favourite post workout meals...Mine is 2 cups of whole wheat pasta 1 can of diced tomatoes and 2 diced chicken breasts all mixed to perfection with lots of pepper..this is when im bulking up of course

hmmmm, pasta sounds **** good right now. Ah hell, I am on my bulk, might as well go for it. I will type my fav when I get back!

**** Where do I Start?
I guess My one of my favorites which i have occasionally is this Hungarian layered casserol thing!
Its got a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced onion and garlic, pork fillets, sliced hard boiled eggs, Potatoes and onion again, continental sausages, then more egg onion and pototoes, and then you pour sour cream over the top off it all, then bake it in the oven.
I usually have to make a few at a time cuz i eat a whole big casserole dish full!...lol

Another favorite is Hungarian Goulash it a spicy sort of casserole made with diced beef and onion, seved with a ****load of pasta and sourcream!

Oh and one that my bro and i used to make when we just started out was our own little creation.
In a frypan you throw in a can of tuna, bag of frozen vegetables, and natural yougurt, add some curry powder salt and pepper and served with rice or pasta.

But Usually I will Have a few chicken breasts, fish or lean beef, few eggs, vegetables, rice and potatoes.
One of my favorite ways to make chicken is, you make a slit in the chicken breast, stuff it with garlic, then dip it in egg then coat it with oatbran then cooked in the frypan man is that delicous or what, it seals in all the juices and the garlic goes right through the chicken.

My favourite post meal is 3 bananas and a big spaguetti it really works !!!

Can't find a quicker, better tasting, post workout meal than this!! Read the label:

1 pizza:

54g carbs
24g protein
4g fat

my fav post workout meal would be:
bbq tuna burger (home made)
bbq steak
bbq veggie burger or hotdog low on fat and high on protein
white rice with bbq chicken
and ofcourse a huge protein shake
