Ground Turkey by itself does not make good burgers as there is not enough fat in turkey to hold it together as a patty.
What I suggest is take 1/2 pound Ground Turkey and 1/2 pound 98% Lean Ground Beef and mix them together.
Then make yourself 1/4 burgers and eat away.
Nutritonal value is close to this
