View Full Version : pasta with chicken and broccoli

1. get some chicken breasts and cut them into long strips.
2. add 1 tablespoon of olive oil(or non fat cooking spray to substitute) to a hot pan and cook chicken thoroughly.
3. boil some broccoli florets(fresh or frozen) until relatively tender.
4. boil pasta according to package instructions, then add cooked chicken and broccoli to the pasta and toss it.

good source of protein, complex carbs, with minimal fat content.

sounds good. Is it ok to eat pasta for you last meal(with prot)if you're trying to get lean? I'm still having a hard time with different POV on this subject. Thanks guys

depends on how scientific your bulk is. i am very scientific with mine as well as others and prefer slow burning carbs. but if you are not scientific, eat everything and eat a lot of it.

i love pasta and this sounds great, but i don't eat pasta. maybe next bulk (winter).

Thanks, but uh...I'm not bulking, I'm trying to lose fat while gaining muscle. So I guess I should do the opp?
