Any seafood lovers out there will love this one smilies/images/icons/wink.gif GREAT Source of Iron, Protein and Calcium!
1 Cup Milk
1 41/2 oz. can broken shrimp, drained
1 tsp flour
1 tsp butter
dash of tabasco
Heat butter and flour in a saucepan until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Do NOT BOIL smilies/images/icons/shocked.gif 325 calories.
Very simple, quick soup! Note: Of course you can sub the butter with butter spray, and milk for lower fat.....and if you like it HOTTTTTT........

Add more then a Dash of Tobasceeeee Sauce! smilies/images/icons/wink.gif
Oh yeah and....if you want to spend a bit more moolah and more time peeling, etc.,...go for fresh shrimp, its naturally much better smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif
