Tropical Smoothie recipe?

we have a Tropical Smoothie near Powerhouse gym which is convienient, and they make a weight gainer shake called Caribbean Cream. it has protein, weight gainer, ice cream and almonds. i wanted to make something like it at home since its so expensive. anyone happen to know what other ingrediants go into it? theres more than just those few that give it a GREAT taste..... thanks

There is some kind of syrup that they put in that shake, I remember someone telling me about it one day. Those shakes are great, just wish they weren't that expensive.

yeah i went to topsecretrecipes.com but they didnt have anything... i know theres a few ingredients... owell i guess it wouldnt taste the same with my weight gainer anyways... anyone else know what goes in there smoothies? thanks
