I love french toast! That does make sense though, shouldn't the eggs and stuff add some protein to it?

it has a ***** load of protein in it, but also a bit of fat so thats why im wondering if it will build muscle for bulking or just make more fat.

i love french toast too. i would think if you made it right, you could have it anytime. all ingredients include: bread, egg, and milk, right? then syrup and butter (but leave out the butter!)

so i would say use whole grain or whole wheat bread. use one whole eggs and the rest egg whites, skim milk, and use sugar free syrup.

I think you'll be ok with that. think i will try it too. but i would say not every morning and make sure you add some oats to your breakfast.

Your right about that beefcake, but I have 2 more weeks until my bulk! I will just have to make them out of egg whites then I guess....

Sounds great though.

Actually you all are right in my ballpark for breakfast. I have been eating Frenchtoast for my morning meal for years (alittle of an addiction :-)). I am big on staying cut up, so I use multigrain bread, butter substitute, 4 servings of egg-beaters non-fat egg substitute, a dash of cinnimon, and sugar-free syrup or strawberry sauce. Good stuff! And yeah it is a very nutritous breakfast for anyone.
