I am not really sure, you may want to check our calorie counter in the magazine. But my guess is that its mostly all lean protein which is fantastic! Off hand I would say to stalk up on it!

don't know the facts for a marlin, but i am sure it is fine. go ahead a buy it (send me some too!!)
if it is at a store, ask the people selling it, they should know.

Does anyone know what the nutritional value (calories/fat/protien/etc.) of 4 oz of Marlin is?
I can buy this fish at the store really cheap compared to other seafood and was wondering if it would be worth my while to buy a few pounds.
Thanks in Advance
