Cranberry-Fruit Punch...

1 1/2 cups orange sherbert
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice ****tail
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
1/2 cup H20
1 Tbsp Sugar

this one sounds good, but since i do not drink juices, i will not be trying this one.

yea, juices are for the weak. If you happen to have a protein packed drink then feel free to post it, but mixing juices isn't going to help very much.

ooops, didn't realize that this drink was thought up for a good source of vitamin C. Looks good.
