For those of you on the low-fat cut. Here is a great substitute for hot wings. I get the drumsticks and take off the skin. Then smother them in bottled hot sauce. They sell wing sauce at the grocery store where there is BBQ sauce. It is usually low or no fat. Then bake them in the oven. If you like ranch on yours, just get the fat free kind and dip the chicken in it when it's done. I also used skinless chicken breasts. Yummy!!!!
