Ingriedents
makes about 30
1 1/4 cups wholewheat flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 prune butter
6 Tbsp Honey
3/4 finely grated carrots
1/2 raisins
32 pecan halves (optional)
Nonstick cooking spray
1. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon and stirr
2. Add butter, honey, carrots and raisins and mix well
3. Roll into small 1 inch balls
4. Flaten onto pre-sprayed baking tray
5. Add pecan halves to tops if desired
6. Cook at 375 degress for about 15mins or until golden brown
7. Eat and enjoy!!

Carbs = 11
Fat = 1
