First, you have to buy whey protein.

Then, take 1 scoop of whey.

Now here comes the delicious part!

Stick out your tongue, and pour the protein on it, then stick your tongue back in your mouth, then swallow it!
OR

Barely mix 1 scoop of protein powder with 8 oz sewer water. Drink up!!
OR

Take your protein powder, mix it with spoiled, chunky, cottage cheese milk. Manja!!!
