Try my idea regarding protein shakes
lo fat sugar free frozen yogurt, protein powder, banana, ice cubes, 1 cup skim milk in blender.
Buy yourself some popsicle sticks and popsicle mold. Pour your shake in the mold (with popsicle stick). Store in freezer for 1 hr.
Take out, dip in hershey's chocolate syrup (or Magic Shell or melted chocolate), re-freeze. Delicious!!
(oh big deal, a few extra cal's from the chocolate. Burn it off at the gym!)

Whey protein popsicles.... I feel like vomiting right now! It took me months just to be able to swallow the thick gross protein shakes that I am taking now, please don't try and make them seem "good tasting". I try and swallow the whole shake with one-two gulps.

I found a great way to bulk using protein powder. The way to make this is to put whey protein into brownie mix, and they taste great! I eat about 4 dozen of these a week during my cut! If you haven't read my post in the workout section, you will notice that my bowling workout routine burns the extra fat from the brownies. You get the best of both worlds! Goodbye for now...

BOWLING???? BROWNIES???? BULL DUNG????
First of all, it's not the size of the protein shake, it's what you do with it!!
Second, bowling is intense? Brownies on a cut? Am I living in the twilight zone??
Seriously don't just mix your whey protein with sand, of course it will taste like ****!
Throw some good tasting stuff in there, like milk, lo fat sugar free frozen yogurt, fruit, etc. I look forward to my shakes!

I just tried that protien popsickle. It was quite good with all things considered. It definatly was a nice change to the boring protein shakes that I have become accustomed to. Thanks for the recipe. Besides that they save time when you come back from the gym!!! smilies/images/icons/laugh.gif
