i hear and read all of these people talking about the benefits of egg whites. if your trying to cut up, no doubt egg whites are a good,no great source of protein, but you have to remember that the yolks contain about half of the protein and all of the important vitamins that make eggs a nutritional power house. i know theyre high in cholesterol, but its not the kind that will negatively impact your health. on a mass gaining program a 45-35-30 split with an egg, steak and whole wheat pancake breakfast will straight up allow you to gain some serious, serious mass.

Dammit Dyork the talk about steak eggs pancakes is making me hungry.....IM ON A CUT DAMMIT...lol
Cool breakfast though man its similar too mine check it out in the best breakfast post in nutrition section!
Okay the egg yolks have got protein in them so therefore dont throw em away.....u *******s send em too me!...lol
you wouldnt throw away your protein powder would you?
seriously a few yolks on a cut is okay your brain actually needs cholestrol to function properly and it is the good cholesteol that your body needs!
And when on a cut you shouldnt shut down fats all together this slows down your testosterone meaning it makes it harder to preserve your hard earned mass!
Also when you reach a plateu on your cut how many times have you heard people say to increase your fat intake? Theres a good reason for it! your bodyneeds it to function correctly!
