Does anyone have a recipe for some kind of peanut butter smoothie. I've been trying to experiment with it but haven't found the right combo yet. Thanks

Well Powerman it depends if you are looking for lowfat, high calorie, high carb, ect ect. But I do have a low fat recipe: smilies/deal.gif
1. You put the following items in the blender: 4 cubes of ice, 8 oz of Vanilla non fat yorgurt, a banana, and 2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter. smilies/gmorning.gif
2. Blend all of these together for about 2 min until the ice is crushed and everything is one texture. smilies/sid.gif
3. Pour in your desired cup and drink it down!!! smilies/happyclap.gif
It is HELLA good and lowfat...hopefully this helps.

I tried one scoop of protein powder, half a cup of milk. Six ice cubes and two huge tablespoons of peanut butter. For added goodness I had some frozen yogurt...its delicious.

EccoTwo, great signature man, I absolutely love it!!! And thanks for the info guys. Oh and I have a question, how many grams of protein does one serving of peanut butter usually have? Thanks.

I put some peanut butter in with a meal replacement because i hated the plain taste. But then when i blended it, it turned into ice cream. It wasnt smoothe and it took along time to clean my blender. Why did it do this?

i have learned to eat many foods i could not stand because i knew it was good for bodybuilding, but i have yet to eat peanut butter.
i think it is time to force myself to like peanut butter. unfortunately, peanut is by far my least liked food. this might take some time... images/icons/blush.gif images/icons/blush.gif images/icons/blush.gif but i shall overcome!!

Hey ~T~, I'm sorry to hear you don't like peanut butter. I think it's delicious and it is so good for you. It is hard to eat foods that you don't usually eat. But that's what makes us builders "different"!

This is one shake that I really look forward to drinking!!!
2 scoops chocolate whey protein (200)
1 frozen banana (60)
8 oz skim milk (90)
2 t. pnut butter (60)
(410 cals)
Blend the milk, banana, and pnut butter in a blender first until there are no more chunks - then add the protein and blend until completely mixed! YUMYUMYUMYUM
