Wow, try your protein shake next time with the following ingredients:
1 scoop whey protein
1 cup skim milk
2 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt no fat sugar free
3-4 ice cubes
Then add in the fruit of your choice. I have experimented with
mango, blueberries, strawberries, melon, canteloupe, peach and watermelon! Totally delicious!!!
