Here is a good recipe for anyone who likes pasta and who is on their cut. This is low in calories and FAT and it tastes HELLA good. And it doesnt take long to prepare. smilies/deal.gif
1. Cut and dice the following: mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
2. Sautee them in low fat butter (I can't believe its not butter lite works really well for this". Cook them for about 10 min on low heat. Remove and set them aside.
3. Cook lowfat turkey meat. (Usually turkey meat is 95% fat free but you can get 99% fat free :happyclap smilies/images/icons/smile.gif
4. After the meat is cooked mix in the sauteed veggies and lowfat marinara sauce. (I prefer Heathly Choice because it is FATFREE :bluelaugh smilies/images/icons/smile.gif
5. While this is all cooking together on low heat have your pasta cooking.
6. Once pasta is done cooking you are ready. Serve pasta on plate and pour sauce over it and it tastes HELLA GOOD!!! smilies/drool.gif
I hope this helps!!!!!!!!
