This one goes out to everybody on a Cut who has reached the Soy stage!!!
SOYA PANCAKES smilies/drool.gif
Makes 6 (can always use half and fridge the rest!!!)
Ingriedents
75g Wholemeal Flour
300ml Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
25g Soya Protien
1/2 tbs Olive Oil
1 Egg (beaten)
What to do;
1. Sift the flour and protien powder in a bowl, add salt and mix.
2. Make a well in the bowl and add the beaten egg, mix well.
3. Now add half the milk and oil and mix somemore.
4. Whisk the mixture adding the rest of the milk gradually.
5. Take a pan and LIGHTLY grease with lard or oil spray etc.
6. Heat up so it's real hot
7. Add ladle of mixture and immediatley tilt pan so it covers the bottom
8. Leave for a few seconds (until it sort of dries on top)
9. Flip or Toss smilies/images/icons/laugh.gif and brown other side for a few seconds
10. Reapeat from stage 5 until all your mixture is used
11. Eat smilies/cheeburga_ron.gif and enjoy!!
