Egg Whites!!

Omlette or Scrambled use them as you would eggs!! I find a 1 whole egg and 4 whites preferable!!

take 3 whites to 1 egg and make egg salad w/low fat or fat free mayo, mustard, pickle, onion, whatever you like in it. You can make a big dish of it and eat it on whole grain crackers for a snack or bread for breakfast.

Think about it!!! Hard boil the eggs, peel the shell, throw away the yolk, and what do you have...hmmm, boiled egg whites. **** thats amazing!

Hard boil the eggs, then peel them, slice them in half with a knife and the yolk will practically pop out. Discard the yolk and keep the white part. You can also stuff them back like you would a deviled egg only don't use the yolk, use other stuff you like.

What will be the difference if I were to hard boil and egg or if I were to scramble the egg whites? in the Nutritional value sence.

no difference if you cook with the spray stuff that basically has nothing in it.

if you cook with butter or oil, you can add a lot of fat and calories.

the quickest things you could do is just scramble the whites or boil the whole egg and just take the yolk out.
