We got vanilla shakes, tasty shakes, strawberry shakes, cutting shakes, bulking shakes, low carb shakes, high protien shakes, cold shakes, warm shakes and if you can find a better shake anywhere else DRINK IT!! smilies/cheeburga_ron.gif

Srawberry & Vanilla Shake
100g Frozen Stawberries
250ml Vanilla Soya Milk
Handful Ice Cubes
50g Whey (Stawberry or Vanilla of COURSE)
1 tsp Flax Seed Oil
50ml Water

Blend all ingridents together and drink out of Blender cup to save washing up smilies/drool.gif

Calories 425
Protien 50
Carbs 21
Fat 15

Vanilla Bulking Shake
250ml Vanilla Soya Milk
250ml Milk
125ml Cranberry Juice
2 Tbs Heavy Cream smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
200g Frozen Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
75g Whey (Vanilla of COURSE)
1/2 tbs Flax Seed Oil
Optional:
50g Sugar (after workout SPIKE smilies/images/icons/mad.gif )
Blend all ingridents together and drink out of Blender cup to save washing up smilies/drool.gif

Nutritional Stats (roughly)
Calories 800 (1000 with Sugar)
Protien 100
Carbs 60 (110 with Sugar)
Fat 22
