i have a great weight gainer, i put 6 tablespoons of peanut butter in a big glass of milk with my meal in the mornin and another before i go to bed with my meal. I have gained pretty lean muscle. This shake tastes nasty but it really has worked good for me, i just wantted to tell everyone this since everyone has helped me with my questions and all that other stuff.

LMAO...it is funny that we (BB's) will eat or drink stuff that doesn't taste very good because we know it will give us better results.

Hey ashu, i have used different varieties of weight gainers before, they just dont work as good as peanut butter does for me. But you have to eat to gain mass, that goes for any supplements you take. you can get peanut butter at a local grocery store. And yes it does taste sick but it works, thats how it is isnt it tmjt21. but it all pays off.

I cant stand the taste of peanut butter and milk.It doesnt seem to go down eaSY. Is it just as good to have a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. Or is it alot better to have it with the milk. Also do you blend the milk and peanut butter. bUT IF ITS THAT GOOD FOR GAINING WEIGHT i WILL TAKE IT.

trust me jay, do exactly what i have down on the start of this post. i guarantee you, you will start gaining weight, but you have to eat too, what i do is eat a big meal, then when i cant eat much more, i down a peanut butter shake in a 32ounce cup, trust me once you eat and drink this much you will feel like you went to a buffet and ate everything you could get your hands on. This is the only thing that has worked for me to put on weight, im sure it will work with you, hope this helps.

when you make the protein, fruit, peanut butter shake, are you supposed to just toss the fruit in there with the stem and seeds?? or do you slice it with the skin on? ( sounds dumb but you said throw in and some people are crazy like that...
