Finally what you've all been waiting for:
HIGH PROTIEN LOW CARB ....wait for it...

Ingridents
Makes 12
<UL TYPE=SQUARE>150g Oats
6 Large Egg Whites
75g Whey
25g Sugar Free Jam
100ml Water
30g Raisins
Optional but reccommended:
20g Sweetner[/list]
First combine the dry ingridents in a bowl and then mix in the egg whites and jam. Finally stir in the water. You may need to add a little more water it all depends on your Whey. The mixture needs to be runny, like thick batter. Now get a fairy cake tin and lightly grease each it can fill each one about 3/4 full. Pop in the oven 160 degree's (sorry don't do conversions) for about 20-25 mins.

Nutritional Information (per oatcake):
Calories = 100
Protien = 10
Carbs = 13
Fat = 1.5
Hope you like um. You can experiment a bit with the fruit etc say cherries and almond smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif or some dried apricots smilies/images/icons/tongue.gif. I would definitley recommend something otherwise they taste a little like cardboard smilies/images/icons/shocked.gif
