Tough Steaks

When on a cutt I find there's nothing worse than thinking what can I do to make this boring *** (whatever) more exciting! You come up with a fantastic idea and it tastes like ****e smilies/cry.gif

So when cooking your small lean steak to stop it form going tough cut small slices of kiwi and place them on the steak and wrap tightly in cling film for a couple of hours. Take out and cook in the oven as normal. You'll never have a tough one again smilies/images/icons/laugh.gif Also works well with Pineapple. For extra flavor leave fruit on when cooking (but remove CLING FILM!! smilies/images/icons/wink.gif)

LMAO animal...

so many times have i found that to happen. you try to spice soemthing boring up and it tastes even worse. really depressing isn't it. or you look forward to what use to be a great meal, and it no longer tastes as good as you remember or it was cooked bad, and the one time you could eat it...it tasted horid!! out of luck again!!

wish i ate steak so i could try this.

I read the lean steak rating is select, then choice and lastly prime has all the wonderful marbling which is fat.
Best marinades are vinigar, citrus juice or wine.
